Brendan brings more than 25 years of experience in relationship management, business development, sales leadership, and business ownership across FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, and financial services.
At CFO On Call, Brendan acts as a key connection point between clients, businesses, and CFO partners, ensuring clear communication, trusted relationships, and a seamless experience when accessing strategic financial support.
Known for his people-first approach, Brendan focuses on understanding client needs, building genuine connections, and helping businesses engage the right expertise to support growth, confidence, and long-term success.
Throughout his career, Brendan has built and led high-performing teams, managed national accounts, scaled businesses from the ground up, and developed long-standing partnerships across a range of industries. His experience includes leadership roles with McDonald’s, Remedy Drinks, and Cadbury Schweppes, as well as owning and successfully selling his own distribution business, Happy Moo Distribution.
Outside of work, Brendan is passionate about sport and the sense of connection and community it creates. A lifelong North Melbourne Kangaroos supporter, he brings the same loyalty, energy, and team-first mindset to both his professional and personal life.
Family is central to Brendan’s world. He is incredibly proud to be the father of three daughters, who continue to inspire and motivate him every day.
