A consistent theme throughout Frederic’s career has been working with organisations that were growing faster than their financial systems and structures could support. As complexity increased, reporting became harder to trust and decision-making became more difficult. Much of his work has therefore focused on helping leadership teams strengthen financial foundations, improve the quality of insight, and ensure systems and controls kept pace with the business. This has included leading ERP implementations and supporting executives as organisations scaled.
His background also includes securing more than $140m in funding to support refinancing and expansion, and working closely with boards and executive teams during periods of heightened scrutiny, complex decision-making, and financial pressure.
