Following SodaStream’s acquisition by PepsiCo, I led a finance transformation that reduced month-end reporting from 10 days to 2, strengthened internal controls to global standards, and improved cash flow and inventory visibility across the business — supporting more than 20% annual growth.

Improving Customer Retention Through Better Processes

At SodaStream, I identified and resolved issues in the customer refund process for returned gas cylinders that were causing frustration and risking customer loss. Working closely with IT and operations, I helped implement a practical solution that improved customer experience and retained valuable accounts without requiring major system changes.

ERP & Reporting Transformation – Strait Link Shipping

During a major ERP transition, I restructured the finance function, introduced more reliable reporting systems, and maintained accurate forecasting throughout the change process. This helped the business maintain strong financial control and meet all banking and reporting obligations.
