I was Chief Operating Officer for over 6 years for a large privately owned diversified group of companies. I was also a partner in the Corporate Finance Division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for 15 years, with 9 years as partner in charge, and was a Director of Deloitte Corporate Finance Pty Limited. I have had a broad range of corporate advisory, investigation and accounting experience, spanning a period of over 30 years with Deloitte and covering many areas of industry and commerce.

My industry experience has been in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Optical and FMCG encompassing manufacturing, service and distribution, HR and IT.

The results led to managing costs, improving processes, profit and cash flow. I’ve helped organisations achieve exceptional results.

I have over 30 years’ experience in Financial Management, Controlling and other Executive Business Management roles including HR and IT.
I have an intimate knowledge of distribution retail and wholesale and a deep understanding of how to make workshops and manufacturing operate profitably. I am a hands-on leader with in depth understanding of how businesses function successfully, regardless of size.

A consulting firm expanded from a $28 million company in Australia to a $300 million business spanning Asia Pacific.
