I’m an experienced management and commercial professional with a strong manufacturing and accounting background, adept at dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
I have a strong strategic focus with a drive to ensure bottom line improvement is achieved. I pride myself on being a team player with a background in developing, influencing, and implementing business changes in both direction and focus of an operation or department.
I maintain a broad understanding of the essential drivers of a business to help determine the critical changes that may be necessary to enhance the future growth and direction of an organisation.
My focus is to help business owners understand how their business is performing and how they can improve its profitability and cash flow.
I have had extensive experience in the corporate world in senior finance roles prior to joining CFO On-Call. Since joining CFO on Call more than 10 years ago, I have worked with many SME businesses in a variety of businesses (including plumbing, freight transport, veterinary services, manufacturing, mechanical workshop, start-up mining, retail).
I enjoy gaining an understanding of a business and its needs, and providing services tailored to addressing its issues.
